Disabled People using the following toll bridges and tunnels should be entitled to concessions provided they meet certain conditions set by the owners or operators.
In some cases, to qualify for a concession an application has to be made in advance to the relevant bridge, tunnel or local authority. It is, therefore, generally advisable to check with owners or operators first.

An exemption pass has to be applied for to those in receipt of the highest rate of Disability Living Allowance and the DVLA Vehicle Excise Duty for Disabled People (tax exemption).

There is an exemption for those who receive the higher rate of the mobility component of the Disability Living Allowance and who possess a vehicle tax exemption certificate. Exemption vouchers are issued to the disabled person for use when crossing the bridge in their tax-exempt vehicle. An advance application for free vouchers must be made. Up to 100 vouchers per year will be issued after proof of entitlement and a passport photograph must be supplied to the Joint Committee.
