DiversityWorks - Leadership Recruitment Programme

Leadership Recruitment (formerly known as Fast-Track), is a work-based development programme for Disabled People of graduate calibre.

People recruited to the programme are employed by Scope for 12 months, during which their career aims and development needs are assessed, and offer work placements with major employers.

A national charity based in the UK.  Employment Opportunities aims to help Disabled People to find work and maintains a programme of initiatives to achieve this.
