How to use "Ask a question"

Our site provides a wealth of information, which you can explore in a number of different ways:

  • You may be able to find the information you want simply by browsing around the site, perhaps using the many direct links that we have to other useful websites.

  • Alternatively, if you are looking for something specific, try using the Search This Site box (on the left of this page). Just type into the box either the subject you are interested in (for example, 'wheelchair') or some other relevant word (such as 'mobility'?) and click Go.

  • Remember also that you can look at the list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that other people have submitted. One of these FAQs may give you the information you are looking for.

If you are still unable to find what you are looking for, you can ask a question yourself. We will forward your query to someone who can help and who will reply directly to you by email.

Asking a question is simple. All we need to know is your email address and the details of your question. You can expect an update within 48 hours and, if we think that your question will be of interest to others, we may add it to our frequently asked questions section.
