Financial Grants

There are a large number of organisations, and grant giving trusts who can provide financial assistance to help you get equipment.  Applications to local organisations, or trusts are best, as the demand on National resources is usually very high.  Most organisations like an approach from a professional worker on your behalf, for example your GP.

Typical grant giving organisations are: -

  • Trusts for specific groups of people, for example the MS Society

  • Local businesses

  • Clubs which may have specific fund raising events

  • Employer schemes which will assist current or former employees, for example Armed Forces

  • National organisations which have local groups, e.g. Lions Club, Rotary Club etc.
